Suburban Animal Hospital Supports Community BART Training

Basic Animal Rescue Training gives two thumbs up and a THANK YOU to the members of the Suburban Animal Hospital in Roseville. The clinic, located at 2581 Cleveland Avenue North in Roseville, has served the community for over 45 years. Four veterinarians currently practice at Suburban Animal Hospital: Dr Michael Sime who owns the practice, and Drs. Elaine Eggleston, Carlos Gandara and Ian Shaw. Dr Shaw’s son-in-law David Breen is a member of the Roseville Fire Department. Dr Shaw attended one of the Roseville Fire BART training sessions to meet other community firefighters, and to present a donation from the Suburban Animal Hospital to the BART program. Dr Shaw said, “The Suburban Animal Hospital believes pets are part of the family. The emotional bond pets have with their owners and owners have with their pets is really important, especially in emergencies. We believe that linking first responders with their area veterinarians, so that they are prepared to assist with pets they encounter in emergency situations, is a great idea.”
Thank you for supporting your community, Suburban Animal Hospital!
